Meet Lynsey Bridgewater, our Business Development Director.
She has over 20 years’ experience working in IT mainly for suppliers of IT services including a stint at Microsoft Consulting Services. 5 years ago, Lynsey moved into more commercially focused roles and since joining Maximise IT in 2016 has worked on developing the SmartFlow solution to a wider customer base.
How did you get into the industry?
I got a graduate position doing tri-lingual network support, they wanted people with language skills they could train in IT as they couldn’t do it the other way round.
What inspires you?
Feeling like I have made a difference.
What do you like most about your job?
The variety, no two days are the same.
What are your favourite things to do outside of work?
I love watching films and reading books and socialising with my family and friends, especially when great food is involved. To offset the food, I enjoying walking and yoga and endure Pilates.
What is your favourite band/artist?
This changes on a day by day basis for me depending on the mood I am in.
What is your favourite food?
I am a total chocoholic.

I like to write when inspiration strikes, then I get my blog finished quickly!
