When Maximise IT was founded in 2004 I’m not sure that we thought that in our 15th year we would be winning the ‘Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation 2019’ - we are so proud of the Maximise IT team for this outstanding achievement.
So how have we won this most prestigious award?
At 15 years old we are an established company. We are well known and recognised for our smart approach to automation that has revolutionised parts of the financial services sector, most notably to date - PPI claims. Our core product ‘SmartFlow’ has enabled financial services organisations to effectively process a huge volume of claims efficiently and with the customer at heart. Meaning that for the FS companies that have so far chosen to work with us, this gargantuan task has been managed with ease and even turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive opportunity to engage with customers and exceed their expectations.
